Managing your profile, settings, and how people find you.
Your Public Profile
When someone visits usebookme.com/yourname, they'll see your public profile page. This page shows:
- Your name and photo
- Your bio
- Your active appointment schedules (if you choose to show them)
Setting Up Your Profile
- Go to Dashboard → Profile
- Add your First Name and Last Name
- Upload a Profile Photo — this appears on your booking pages
- Write a Bio to tell people about yourself
- Pick an Accent Color to personalize your booking pages
- Click Save Changes
Your profile photo gets cropped to a square automatically, so pick something where your face is visible in the center.
Choosing Which Schedules Show on Your Profile
In the Profile page, there's a section called "Appointment Schedule Visibility." Toggle each schedule on or off to control which ones appear on your public profile page.
Username
Your username is the URL slug people use to find you:
usebookme.com/johnsmith→ John's profileusebookme.com/johnsmith/consultation→ John's consultation booking page
Your username is set during onboarding and cannot be changed after account creation.
Signing In
BookMe uses magic link authentication:
- Go to the sign-in page
- Enter your email
- Check your inbox for the link
- Click the link to sign in
No passwords needed. Each sign-in email gives you a fresh link that's valid for a limited time.
If you don't get a magic link email, check your spam folder or make sure you entered the right email address.
Account Settings
Access your settings from Dashboard → Settings. Here you can:
- View and manage your subscription and billing
- See your account status
- Access the billing portal to update payment methods
- View subscription end dates and trial status
Closing Your Account
If you need to close your account, contact support. We'll help you with the process.
