Getting Started with BookMe

Everything you need to go from sign-up to your first booking.

What is BookMe?

BookMe is a scheduling tool that lets you create customizable booking pages. People can visit your page, pick a time that works for them, and book an appointment — no back-and-forth needed.

What you can do with BookMe:

  • Create booking pages for different appointment types (e.g., "30-Minute Call", "Initial Consultation")
  • Connect your calendar so availability stays synced
  • Accept bookings online 24/7
  • Get automatic meeting links (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom)
  • Set up custom forms to collect info from bookers
  • Send reminders automatically

Creating Your Account

  1. Go to your BookMe site and click Sign In
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a magic link — click it to sign in

That's it! No password needed. You'll receive a magic link every time you sign in.

Note: On your first sign-in, we'll automatically create your account in our system.


The Onboarding Process

After signing in, you'll be guided through a 6-step setup:

  1. Subscribe — Choose a plan (or start your free trial)
  2. Profile — Add your name and photo
  3. Connect Calendar — Link Google, Microsoft, iCloud, or Zoom
  4. Availability — Set your working hours
  5. Appointment Schedule — Create your first booking page
  6. Share — Get your booking link and share it

You can complete these steps in order, and you can always come back to edit any of them later from your dashboard.


After Onboarding: Your Dashboard

Once you're done with onboarding, you'll land on your Dashboard. This is where you manage everything:

  • Appointment Schedules — Create and edit your booking pages
  • Bookings — See who's booked time with you
  • Availability — Update when you're open
  • Connections — Manage calendar and video integrations
  • Profile — Update your public profile
  • Settings — Billing, account preferences, and more

Getting Your First Booking

The quickest way to get started:

  1. Complete the onboarding steps above
  2. Go to Appointment Schedules in your dashboard
  3. Click on your schedule to find your booking link
  4. Share that link with someone!

Your booking link will look like: usebookme.com/yourname/schedule-name</When someone visits that link, they'll see your available times, pick one, fill out any questions you've set up, and confirm — and you'll get a booking in your dashboard and on your calendar.
