Creating Booking Pages

Booking pages (called "Appointment Schedules") are what people see when they want to book time with you.

What Is an Appointment Schedule?

An appointment schedule defines:

  • What — The name and description of the meeting type
  • How Long — Duration (15 min, 30 min, 60 min, etc.)
  • Where — In-person or online video
  • When — Which availability to use
  • Questions — What to ask the person booking

Each schedule gets its own URL that you can share.

    • Description — Optional, shown on the booking page
    • Duration — How long the meeting lasts
    • Location — Where it happens (video or in-person)
  4. Set availability — Choose which availability schedule to use

  5. Configure booking form — Add questions for bookers if needed

  6. Save

Your booking page is now live at usebookme.com/yourname/consultation

Booking Page Settings

Location Type

Choose how the meeting happens:

  • Online — Automatically creates a Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom link
  • In Person — Shows your default address or a custom location
  • Ask Attendee — Lets the person booking choose between online or in-person

You can set a default location in your settings, or override it per appointment schedule.

Duration

Set how long the meeting lasts:

  • 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes
  • Or enter a custom duration

Add time before and after each booking:

  • Buffer Before — Time to prepare or travel
  • Buffer After — Time to wrap up or travel

These blocks of time won't be available for other bookings.

Confirmation Requirement

By default, bookings are automatically confirmed. If you want to approve bookings manually:

  1. Edit your appointment schedule

  3. You'll get a notification when someone books and can approve or decline

When someone books, you can collect information from them. Add custom questions to your booking form:

  • Short Text — One-line answers
  • Long Text — Paragraph answers
  • Number — Numeric input
  • Email — Validates email format
  • Phone — Phone number input
  • Date — Date picker
  • Single Select — Dropdown with one choice

  4. Enter the question label (e.g., "What would you like to discuss?")
  5. Choose the field type
  6. Toggle Required if the answer is mandatory
  7. Add placeholder text or options for dropdowns

Example Questions

  • "What is your company name?"
  • "How did you hear about us?"

Managing Appointment Schedules

From Dashboard → Appointment Schedules, you can:

  • Edit — Change any setting
  • Toggle Active/Inactive — Pause bookings for a schedule without deleting it
  • Delete — Remove a schedule (this also removes its booking link)

Booking Links

Each appointment schedule gets a unique URL:

usebookme.com/yourname/schedule-slug

Share this link with anyone you want to book with you. You can find it on the schedule's edit page or on the schedule card in your dashboard.

Showing Schedules on Your Profile

By default, all your active appointment schedules can appear on your public profile page (usebookme.com/yourname). You can control which ones show:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Profile
  2. Find "Appointment Schedule Visibility"
  3. Toggle each schedule on or off
