Video Meetings
Automatic video links for your bookings.
Supported Video Providers
BookMe integrates with:
- Google Meet — Via Google Calendar
- Microsoft Teams — Via Outlook / Microsoft 365
- Zoom — Direct Zoom integration
How It Works
When you set an appointment schedule to "Video Meeting":
- Someone books a time
- BookMe automatically creates a meeting via your connected account
- The meeting link is included in:
- The booker's confirmation email
- The calendar event on your calendar
- Your booking notification
No extra steps needed — it just happens.
Setting Up Video Meetings
Option 1: Connect Google or Microsoft
- Go to Dashboard → Connections
- Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook
- This enables both calendar sync AND video meetings
When you create an appointment schedule, select the video provider from your connected accounts.
Option 2: Connect Zoom
- Go to Dashboard → Connections
- Click Connect Zoom
- Sign in with your Zoom account
- Grant permission
Zoom only provides video — it won't sync your calendar availability like Google or Microsoft.
Choosing a Video Provider
Per Appointment Schedule
When editing an appointment schedule:
- Go to Location settings
- Select Video Meeting
- Choose your preferred provider:
- Google Meet (if Google connected)
- Microsoft Teams (if Microsoft connected)
- Zoom (if Zoom connected)
- Use my default — Uses whatever you set as default
Default Video Provider
Set a default for all new appointment schedules:
- Go to Dashboard → Connections
- Under Settings, find Default Video Provider
- Select your preferred default
This default applies when creating new schedules, but you can override it per schedule.

Troubleshooting Video Links
No Meeting Link Created
- Verify the correct calendar is connected
- Check that the appointment schedule is set to "Video Meeting"
- Confirm the video provider is selected
Wrong Meeting Account
- The meeting is created using whichever account is set as primary for video
- Go to Connections and change your "Primary for Video" setting
Booker Didn't Get the Link
- Check your booking form didn't mark them incorrectly
- Verify their email in the booking details
- The link is also in your booking notification — you can forward it
Zoom Meeting Issues
- Make sure Zoom is connected in Connections
- Check that your Zoom account is active
- Some Zoom accounts have meeting creation limits
In-Person Meetings
If you prefer in-person meetings instead of video:
- When creating an appointment schedule, select In-Person as the location type
- Enter your address or location details
- Bookers will see the location in their confirmation
No video provider setup needed for in-person meetings.
