Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

BookMe integrates with third-party service providers to deliver its functionality. We share, transfer, or disclose user data — including data obtained from Google APIs — only with the following categories of providers and only as necessary to perform their services:

  • Calendar & Email (Nylas) — calendar event data and email addresses to read/write calendar events and send scheduling communications.
  • Authentication (Supabase Auth, Google OAuth) — email address and profile information to authenticate users and manage sessions.
  • Payments (Stripe) — name, email, and payment details to process transactions for paid bookings.
  • Transactional Email (Resend) — email addresses and booking details to send confirmations, reminders, and notifications.
  • Video Conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) — meeting metadata to create and manage video conference links for bookings.
  • Hosting & Infrastructure (Railway, Supabase) — all service data is processed on these platforms to operate the application and database.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or Google user data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Data obtained through Google APIs is used in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
